Def Mute Records is proud to announce the release of DJ VoiceCrack's all new 8th studio album Music Inspired By Constructs of a Maniacal Mind. There is no defining Edmund Alexander Sims in an album. When he raps as E Luv, he is more than capable of defining himself, but what happens when he writes his autobiography, and I am tasked with scoring the original soundtrack? The first thing that came to mind was to center in around the central themes from the eBook - of which there were some doozies. These gave me a better idea of what needed to be accomplished. The beatz are loosely connected but epic in their own scope, flowing from one track to the next. This is much in the same way as how the autobiography reads, so the variety in the depth of music mirrors what I believe to be the variety in the depth of literary ideas which he had expressed throughout the eBook. Here, we are taking a little bit of a deviation from the normal press release etiquette because this was a personally special undertaking.
